You will receive a confirmation email once your contract is signed and payment has been completed. This will included your customization form to begin personalizing your experience.

We require an 8x8 space, access to a standard power outlet, and a flat, dry surface for setup. In some cases, coverage from the sun and away from any water source such as a pool.

We arrive approximately 1-1.5 hours prior to your start time for setup. Breakdown typically takes 45 minutes to 1 hours after service concludes.

You'll receive a private online gallery with all event photos after your event, along with a separate guest sharing gallery.

Bookings are not confirmed without full payment and a signed contract. We cannot guarantee availability without both.
